B Generous Accelerate Terms

Any inquiry form is not an offer of credit or a promise to offer credit. The contents of this website are for informational purposes only and shall not be deemed to be an offer of credit. Credit shall only be made available to entities that submit an application for credit and are approved to receive credit under the program. All loans that are made under the program will be originated by one of B Generous’ bank partners.

By submitting an application for B Generous Accelerate Financing, the individual that is submitting the application on behalf of the nonprofit applicant (i) acknowledges that he or she has the legal capacity to complete the application and the authority to submit the application on behalf of the non-profit entity named in the application (the “Applicant”), and (ii) agrees, on behalf of the Applicant, that:

1. the Applicant it is applying for a commercial loan from one of B Generous’ bank partners, either [Sunrise Banks] or [Drake Bank] (each, a “Partner Bank”);
2. All information provided in the application is true, correct, and complete as of the time of the submission of the application;
3. The information included in the application will be provided to one or both of the Partner Banks, in order to evaluate the Applicant’s application for a commercial loan from a Partner Bank; and
4. Each of the Partner Banks is authorized to verify or check any of the information given and to obtain credit reports on the Applicant (the nonprofit).
