PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE DETAILS

B Generous is committed to the fundraising success of your nonprofit. Because B Generous is so confident that the Donate Now, Pay Later™ Program will help your nonprofit achieve its fundraising goals, B Generous hereby offers the following performance guarantee. If your nonprofit’s total donations under the Donate Now, Pay Later™ Program (the “Donate Now, Pay Later™ Program Total Donations”) during the period beginning on the date that the Donate Now, Pay Later™ Program is initially available on the Nonprofit Website (the “Launch”) and ending with the one hundredth (100th) Donate Now, Pay Later™ Transaction, is less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), please inform B Generous by submitting an emailed claim to customersuccess@bgenerous.com within thirty (30) days. Assuming that your nonprofit has complied with the terms of the Platform License and Service Agreement and made the Donate Now, Pay Later™ Program available on the nonprofit website, and assuming the $10,000 threshold has not been met, B Generous will donate to the nonprofit a sum equal to $10,000 minus the Donate Now, Pay Later™ Program Total Donation, within thirty (30) days of the submission of the claim by email. This performance guarantee shall expire on the fifteen (15) month anniversary of the Launch, to the extent one hundred (100) Donate Now Pay Later™ Transactions have not occurred as of such date.

EXAMPLE

Nonprofit partners with B Generous to offer Donate Now, Pay Later and installs the DNPL button on the donation page of their website.

Following the first 100 donations using DNPL, nonprofit submits online claim form informing B Generous that their total Donate Now, Pay Later™ Program Donations from the first 100 donations using Donate Now, Pay Later were $8,500

B Generous verifies the claim and within 30 days makes a donation of $1,500 to the nonprofit bringing the total amount raised from the first 100 Donate Now, Pay Later™ donations to $10,000!
