B Generous is a fast growing VC-backed FinTech company that is addressing the Trillion-Dollar underserved nonprofit credit market in the U.S. At B Generous we’re powering nonprofits to achieve more by using Financial Technology for good. We accomplish this through our proprietary nonprofit lending origination platform and marketplace where we turn future nonprofit donations into upfront capital by lending capital to nonprofits secured against future donations and other sources of revenue and income. We lend $50,000 – $50 Million per nonprofit.
Backed by some of the world’s leading socially responsible banks, VC investors, and multi-family offices, B Generous is now seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled intern to support our credit, sales, and marketing teams by leveraging AI tools, financial analysis, and data-driven insights. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically literate and financially savvy, with a passion for using modern AI platforms to create impactful tools and processes. You will work on diverse projects that may vary from day to day, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
We are looking for a candidate who is mission-driven, passionate about making the world a better place and working with nonprofits, and is eager to learn and put their skills to good use. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time, be self-motivated, and be able to self-regulate in a remote environment and have a sophisticated knowledge of technology and cutting edge AI tools. A competitive-but-highly-positive attitude is a must, and knowledge of financial technology (especially credit and lending), nonprofits, and nonprofit technology is ideal.
While this is an intern level role initially, there may be opportunity to advance into a full time, salaried role upon consistent successful performance. A minimum commitment of 25 hours per week is expected.
